We are an Information Technology Services and Consulting company. We are looking for an ambitious and passionate young professional to join our growing team in Minsk for the role of Junior Recruiter.
NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
We are looking for:
-- Fluent ENGLISH (spoken and written)
-- Recent graduates or 4-5th grade students
-- Fast and pro-active learner willing to study and strive for excellence
-- Individual who is passionate and interested in IT industry

Main responsibilities:
** Searching and communicating with IT candidates for job opportunities available.
** Conducting initial screening/interviewing with the candidates. Inquiring about candidates’ career history, personal characteristics, and competencies, as well as English skills.
** Attending various IT conferences and seminars to network with IT professionals.
** Working in an international, fast-paced environment with real professionals in a recruiting and IT sphere.
