We are growing and expending businesses into training and staffing across the US, and urgently need 2 talented and ambition professionals to join our offshore team as an IT Counselor/Recruiter.
As a Recruiter, this individual will be working as a part of integrated team on all sourcing initiatives in order to find, contact, interview and qualify relevant candidates for our clients. Person will be responsible for all stages of recruiting cycle.
Main requirements are:
Must have excellent verbal and written English skills and be an effective communicator!
Ability to work independently, prioritize and reach the dead-lines.
Excellent planning and execution skills.
Detail-oriented, self-driven, self-organized.
Able to work under pressure, in fast pace environment.
Experience in programming or testing is a big PLUS.
Previous recruitment experience is a PLUS.
