We are working with the major players of the international development finance industry and want to strengthen our consulting team.
In this context, we are looking for a candidate to fill a long term, full-time position as MSME Finance Advisor in Kyrgyzstan.
Your tasks will be:
Introduce innovative MSME financing services and distribution schemes
Identify market opportunities, develop and launch innovative services
Develop effective marketing strategies
Increase effectiveness and quality of MSME lending operations
Implement appropriate monitoring and reporting practices
Advise middle and senior management of client banks in strategic matters
You will offer:
At least five years of relevant experience in MSME Finance
Solid track record in developing and growing MSME Finance operations
Experience in agricultural finance is an advantage
Previous consulting or management experience
Strong analytical and communication skills (spoken and written)
Work experience in Newly Independent States
Fluency in Russian; strong command of English
Flexibility to relocate and to travel
