-Degree in Computer Science or related
-5+ years in systems integration and development, package implementation and custom implementation
-Expert in delivering large-scale enterprise solutions using .NET Framework 1.0-3.5
-C# and VB.NET Expert. Ability to write high quality code within tight schedules
-Working experience with SSIS, UI User Interface, Silverlight, WPF, WCF, WCF Services
-Experience in building frameworks and infrastructures that can be leveraged by the application development teams
-Experience on developing large-scale systems using OO and Component (Distributed) based architecture
-Experience in UML, C# Multithreading
-Experience in delivering enterprise class solutions using Composite Application Block (CAB), Winforms.NET and WPF
-Strong knowledge of Agile Methodologies such as RUP/XP/Scrum
