C/C++ DEVELOPERS in Latvia
Job Duties:
• Perform complex programming tasks as assigned or required.
• Develop new programs from specifications and modifies existing software as directed.
• Researches problems, identifies the source, and takes corrective action.
• Identify errors in specifications and shortcomings in software requirement statements; recommends corrective actions.
• Complete assignments within established time schedules.
• Provide status reports on assignments.
• Participate in technical project meetings on assigned software development tasks.
• Provide technical assistance to multilane customers.
• Adhere to all established departmental programming standards, policies and procedures.
• Adhere to performance and productivity standards established by manager.
Job Requirements:
• Four years software design and development experience required, including significant system design and analysis experience.
• A complete knowledge of software engineering concepts including software development practices, data structures and database organization required.
• Ability to program in C++ (Expert) is required.
• Must have software development experience using Visual C++. The minimum experience required (or equivalent education) is 4 years.
• Must be able to communicate well in the English language and have good spoken and written communication skills.
• Must be able to function as a team member on project and product assignments.
• Must be able to acquire new skills and understand new concepts quickly.
